Alloy cast steel:
Alloy cast steel roll with a carbon content of 0.4-1.4%. Through advanced casting, heat treatment, these roll will have a structure consisting of ferrite and fine pearlite. It is capable of a higher strength and wear resistance than lower alloy steels. Alloy cast steel can be used in heavy duty applications such as slabbing, blooming and heavy section mills, etc.
